44 Players joined Coach Moorman, Coach Crichlow, and Coach Ralph at 6 AM today for the first offseason workout for Nighthawk Football.
Tuesday workout will be for group 2 and will be at 7 AM, not at 6 because of our late start schedule.

Off Season Workouts
Workouts start November 30th in the weight room.
Football workouts will be at 6am Monday through Friday. Every player must make 3 workouts a week and 1 of the days will be Friday. All players will workout Friday morning at 6am. You will choose 2 other days. Either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Monday and Tuesday will be upper body lift with auxiliary lifts as well. Wednesday/Thursday will be lower body lifts with auxiliary lifts. You will be able to shower or clean up before class starts.
We are building a Championship program and this is where it STARTS!!!! The commitment you make in the weight room will be directly related to your performance on the football field and in life. Attendance will be kept and progress charted.

Orange Glen Week
This week is finals week for the boys so the practice schedule will be a little bit different.
ALL players must bring sweatshirts to wear after practice!
Monday- Practice from 4:00-6:30
Tuesday- No Study Hall. Practice from 4:00-6:30
Wednesday- NO SCHOOL. We will be inventorying pads and helmets before practice. Freshmen need to be at school at 8:00 and JV at 8:30. Players, practice is going to be CRAZY JERSEY day. Wear your favorite NFL, college or old jersey you have. Coaches will also be in their old jerseys. After practice we will have a MANDATORY pre game lunch. Please bring $6.00 to support the cost.
Thursday- School is out early. Practice from 2:30-4:30
Friday- GAME DAY vs. Orange Glen. Freshmen at 4:30 JV at 7:00.
JV parents and players, please mark your calendar for next Saturday November 14th from 3:00-8:00 for the team banquet. Formal invitations will be handed out next week. JV players, please have your ideas to Kara by Monday (you all know what I am talking about).
Freshmen parents and players, we are working on getting a place set up for your banquet. We should know more by next week.

Wednesday- 3:45-6:30
Kara will be in the snack bar selling DNHS Football Gear at 5:30.
Thursday- Practice 3:45-5:30 Players please wear shorts, shirt and helmets.
MANDATORY Team Dinner to follow from 5:30-6:30 Please bring $6.00 to support the cost.
Friday- Game day vs. Mt. Carmel High School. Freshman 4:30 JV 7:00
