Off Season Workouts

Workouts start November 30th in the weight room.

Football workouts will be at 6am Monday through Friday. Every player must make 3 workouts a week and 1 of the days will be Friday. All players will workout Friday morning at 6am. You will choose 2 other days. Either Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday. Monday and Tuesday will be upper body lift with auxiliary lifts as well. Wednesday/Thursday will be lower body lifts with auxiliary lifts. You will be able to shower or clean up before class starts.

We are building a Championship program and this is where it STARTS!!!! The commitment you make in the weight room will be directly related to your performance on the football field and in life. Attendance will be kept and progress charted.

Phase 1 of off season program begins November 30th for three weeks. This is important to learn the proper lifts and techniques and to build a base. Get started and don’t miss a day!
