Welcome Nighthawks

Welcome to the Del Norte Nighthawk football blog. Here you will find all you need to know about the program, game schedule, practice info, etc. Please use the comment feature to leave any questions for the coaches. Announcements 9-7-09

The game this week is on Thursday at RBV.
The school address is: 1601 Longhorn Dr. Vista, 92081

We have updated the game schedule on the right.
Note changes to the Poway and San Marcos games.

We will be opening the concession stand Wednesdays at the end of practice (5:30-6:30) so that you can come and buy all the gear you need to show your nighthawk pride at the game on Thursday!

    Is there going to be practice schedule? Basically, do they practice on Friday and Saturday this week?

    Great question Tim!

    There is manditory practice every Saturday morning (even bye week) from 9 to 11:00 or 11:30.

    Practices this week are Tue and Wed until 6:30 pm and no practice this Friday.

    Both Freshman and JV will take buses to all away games. Players must ride buses back to Del Norte.

    Great effort last night. The improvement week over week is dramatic. The adjustments at half time for the JV squad and the spirit of the boys after the RBV start were awesome examples of why we are Nighthawks!
